Projects
PTO is involved in projects ranging from greenfield developments, expansions and optimization of production facilities. PTO provides targeted knowledge of process technology, safety issues and automation. Projectmanagement
Generally, our clients core-business does not include project management. Therefore PTO aims at creating an effective project team, in which, aside the technical experts, operational and financial experts from our affiliate organization Project Control Online (PCO) can participate. For the execution of specific technical tasks, for implementation, validation, and training, PTO involves dedicated partners.

ISA-95
For all projects PTO recommends to apply the international standard ISA-95. This standard can be used in any production environment and is internationally recognized and approved by many vendors of ERP systems and industrial control systems (DCS, SCADA, PLC, etc). Training
For specialized training PTO has arranged for intensive relationships with well established training organizations in the Benelux.
- For industrial standards and regulations (FDA, GAMP), our partner is ISA Europe.
- Our affiliate ATS (Applied Tech Systems) is renown in 10 countries for its expertise in all disciplines of PLC, SCADA, MES, Drives, etc.
- For tailor-made training of operators, maintenance staff and engineers in a DCS environment PTO has agreements with Ben Overgoor - Process Automation.

System integration
For the integration of industrial automation systems PTO involves the extensive experience of Raster Industriele Automatisering. Besides the physical system integration, communication and visualization, Raster IA offers specific expertise in the field of:

PTO Consultants
The Consultants of PTO are highly qualified strategic business partners who have empathy and understanding of the customers project. They have a natural overview over multiple disciplines of their clients operations and will ensure the perfect execution of the project. They drive change processes and provide the motivating factor for colleagues, project managers and suppliers. PTO Consultants have an academic background and at least 5 years experience with projects in process technology and/or automation.
PTO Project Managers
The Project Managers of PTO are the key roll players between the client and the system suppliers, integrators and other executing project organizations. They have a thorough understanding of complicated industrial projects and business processes. They take full responsibility for project planning, execution and budget control. Their convincing technical capabilities and organizational talents are stimulating their colleagues.
PTO Project Managers have an academic or HBO background and several years experience with the management of industrial projects.
PTO Engineers
The PTO Engineers are, without exception, ambitious professionals who are obsessed by their theoretical knowledge of process technology and automation and wish to turn this knowledge into their carreer. They are well informed about the latest technologies, and possess the flexibility to realize ingenious solutions in ever changing industrial environments.
